A lot of times I notice that wives and husbands put out energy that they don't know they are doing (it can be subtle because of buildup) and then they see a reaction later from their mate that they wonder where it came from. Sort of like the child that gets yelled at and then is found some time later in the backyard strangling the cat and the parent says I don't know what provoked this. Try to suspend words and jump to better thoughts, let your inner sweetness fill the home.
